Coverage Highlights


Home, Personal Property coverage The Farm/Ranch policy provides coverage for your home and personal property, such as your clothes, furniture and appliances.

Loss of Use coverage provides payment for certain losses when your home is damaged and rendered uninhabitable because of an insured loss.

Farm Property
Regardless of your size, these coverages can be tailored to fit the specific needs of your farm to cover your farm personal property and farm buildings and structures.

Scheduled Farm Property coverage provides protection against specified perils for the farm personal property that you specifically name.

Unscheduled Farm Personal Property coverage provides specified perils coverage for the farm personal property that you use in your farming operations.

Farm Buildings and Structures coverage provides specified perils coverage for farm buildings and structures you specifically describe.

For an additional premium, coverage for your farm machinery, farm buildings and structures can include accidental direct physical losses. This coverage may provide for additional losses such as partial or total collapse of farm buildings.

Fire or lightning
Windstorm or hail
Theft
Smoke
Vandalism or malicious mischief
Collision
Explosion
Vehicles
Aircraft
Riot or civil commotion


Additional perils for livestock (included at no extra charge):

Attack of livestock by wild animals or dogs (loss to sheep not included)
Accidental drowning of livestock
Accidental shooting of livestock
Accidental electrocution of livestock


Farm Liability Coverage provides payment for your legal liability up to the limits in the policy for damages because of bodily injury or property damage caused by an occurrence to which this insurance applies.

Medical Payments to Others. This coverage provides medical expenses up to the limits in the policy for people who are on your premises with your permission and are accidentally injured. Coverage also extends to people accidentally injured by your activities. However, this coverage does not extend to you, your family or employees.
